This form is for escort requests, not transport bookings. Need transport alone, or both transport and an escort? Enquire about transport first. Vehicles and escort staff must be confirmed separately.
Escort support costs HK$180 per hour. A minimum of 3 hours is charged (HK$540 for escort support only). Transport and other applicable charges are separate.

- Contact and service-user details, and how you would like us to contact you.
- The hospital or clinic, date, time and estimated escort hours.
- Mobility and escort needs, such as registration, waiting, medication collection or family updates.
Keep your request reference after submission. A service is only confirmed after you accept the quote and receive explicit confirmation.
