KareLynk is a Hong Kong platform for non-clinical appointment accompaniment and health-related travel coordination. We review escort requests and non-emergency transport enquiries; journeys, staff, vehicles and quotations require separate confirmation.

The problem we are working on

Appointments, treatment, discharge and care-related journeys often involve family members, escorts, transport arrangements and several locations. KareLynk aims to reduce fragmented communication and repeated checks through a clear process.

Our current service scope

Receive and review non-emergency escort-service requests.
Receive and review non-emergency transport enquiries.
Where an escort request can be taken forward, prepare a quotation and confirm the escort, time and scope.
Record assignments, work status, payments and feedback for confirmed escort arrangements.
Receive expressions of interest from escorts, transport providers and institutional partners.

Service limits

KareLynk does not provide ambulances, emergency care, medical diagnosis, clinical nursing or medical decisions. If there is immediate danger, acute symptoms or a need for emergency care, call 999. Transport and partnership enquiries require separate review and do not confirm availability or establish a partnership.

Our principles

Explain the service scope before confirming an arrangement.
Collect only the information needed to provide the service.
Have the operations team review requests and partnership applications manually.
Keep traceable status records to support follow-up.
