Service scope

Which journeys can I ask about?
Non-emergency journeys to hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation or treatment centres, elderly centres and care locations. The team must confirm the scope, time and availability.

Transport arrangements

Is a vehicle guaranteed after I submit a request?
No. The vehicle type, equipment, time, assistance and quotation must be checked separately. An arrangement is established only after explicit confirmation.
What information should wheelchair users prepare?
Prepare the wheelchair type, dimensions, weight and whether it folds, whether the passenger can transfer to a seat, and information about lifts, steps and pick-up and drop-off access at both ends.

Escort support

What can an escort help with?
Within the confirmed scope, an escort may accompany someone, help with registration, waiting and non-clinical hospital processes, collect medicine where authorised, and update family members. Hospital rules and patient authorisation apply. Escort support does not include diagnosis, administering medicine or clinical nursing.

Fees and confirmation

What are the current escort fees?
Escort support costs HK$180 per hour, with a minimum of 3 hours: HK$540 for the escort-service component. Overtime costs HK$90 per 30 minutes. Requests made less than 24 hours before the service starts carry a HK$100 surcharge only if accepted and confirmed. Third-party transport, parking, tolls and approved expenses are not included in the minimum fee and are itemised in the quotation. Submitting a request does not confirm staffing or service. The itemised quotation sets out the scope and total; service is established only after you accept it and receive explicit confirmation from operations.
What should I check in a quotation?
Check the service scope, date, duration, locations, transport and wheelchair needs, itemised charges, validity period and terms. An arrangement is established only after you explicitly accept the quotation and receive service confirmation.

Family updates

What updates can family members receive?
Progress updates for confirmed services through the agreed method. This does not mean continuous GPS tracking or medical monitoring.
Does a family member need to come along?
It depends on the service user's abilities, hospital requirements and authorisation. These are checked before arrangements are made.

Institutional partners

Which organisations can express interest in a partnership?
NGOs, healthcare institutions, elderly centres, care homes, rehabilitation organisations and transport operators. Expressions of interest require review and do not automatically create an account, contract, referral arrangement, service qualification or job.

Joining as a driver or escort

How do drivers, fleets or escorts apply?
Drivers and fleets can register an interest in transport cooperation. Escorts can complete the escort application form. Both require review; submitting a form does not mean approval or guarantee any work.
